Broadband for a £1

by David Allen

This may be a bit short notice as there are only four days left before the end of October, but when a internet service provider offers up to 8 Mbps broadband for a £1, then it has to be worth a mention.

Subscribers who are in the market for a good deal might want to check out the Namesco Gold broadband package.

This has been put together to coincide with the government’s National Get Online Day 2008.

The ISP is offering anyone who signs up before the end of the month, broadband for £1 per month for the first three months, thereafter it will be £14.95 per month.

New customers will also get a free wireless router, 1 Gb download allowance and free setup.

However although this is on a one month contact, if a customer cancels there will be a charge of £70.50, or £35.25 if the subscriber had moved from another ISP.
