£5 mobile broadband from Virgin Media

Virgin Media are offering customers, both new and existing, the chance to sign up for their new Virgin Media mobile broadband service for just £5 per month. The offer is available for subscribers of cable and fixed line packages.

In this deal the subscriber will be getting 1 Gb of data usage per month on a twelve month contract, this is if the customer signs up for either Virgin Media’s XL (20 Mbps) or L (10 Mbps) cable services.

Alternatively, for customers who are on the fixed line broadband service bundle 1, this offers connection speeds of up to 8 mbps, unlimited usage and landline calls.

The Virgin Media mobile broadband USB modem carries a fixed one off payment of £25, but mobile broadband is a growing market and adding it to a bundle is becoming increasingly popular for providers to do, in order for them to get a reasonable return on their investments.
