The internet has become the main source for information when it comes to financial matters.
In a recent IFA Life survey it was found that around half of those asked would look for independent financial advice by searching the internet.
However, unlike any other search, it is not Google where these people go to look for an IFA; they prefer to visit well known or trusted sites, such as the many business social networking sites or even the BBC website.
Many IFA’s can be found with websites these days which makes it an easier task to find information on whatever subject the user is looking for, the main problem will be picking the one that suits them out of the many returns that they receive.
By using social networking sites, it seems that if users cannot find what they are looking for then all they need to do is ask.
