Israel-based ECI Telecom has been awarded Frost & Sullivan’s 2008 Global Product Differentiation Innovation Award for the World IPTV Access Infrastructure market.
ECI was awarded the accolade for its product differentiation, its commitment to innovation, its future-proof capabilities, and its Hi-FOCuS Multi-Service Access Node (MSAN).
“ECI Telecom has established itself as a strong and innovative contender in IPTV access with its Hi-FOCuS MSAN platform,” said Frost & Sullivan analyst Prayerna Raina.
Hi-FOCuS provides telecoms carriers with a future proof transition path, allowing them to gradually introduce new services whilst guaranteeing continued support for current services.

ECI are understandably pleased to be recognised as a market leader in a sector that is expected to continue growth despite global recession.
Frost & Sullivan predict that the IPTV infrastructure market to see annual growth every year until at least 2014, when revenues will exceed $4 billion.
