Broadband guide from the Post Office

Bookmark and Share

by David Allen

The Post Office, who are still trying to find their niche, not only in the broadband market but in the high street too, are bringing out an Internet Buddy Guide designed to help those who are new to the internet, and other users too, get to grips with the technology.

Their research into the matter found that families who try to teach each other about the finer points of how to use the internet, often experience friction similar to that caused by trying to teach a family member to drive.

The guide is part of the Post Office’s continued investment into the broadband market, and is set to help all of those who are unfamiliar with the internet and broadband.

The Post Office says that eighty four per cent of their customers are new to the internet, and out of those around fifty per cent have never been on the internet at all.
