Sky tops broadband satisfaction table

by David Allen

The broadband analyst firm Strategy Analytics has recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey of five hundred UK broadband decision makers.

The survey was designed to find out the likelihood of customers switching to another provider.

Results were included from customers from all of the main internet service providers and some others too, but some of the lesser known ISPs were excluded from the list for some reason.

However, it was Sky Broadband who came out on top with an eighty seven per cent customer satisfaction level.

The same old story was revealed when it came to customers switching providers, with problems that can occur during the switchover still preventing customers from leaving their current providers for an ISP more suited to their requirements.
