Finjan Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Finjan Inc. has announced the appointment of Dennis P. Wolf as its executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Wolf will be based at the company’s headquarters in San Jose, California, and will be reporting to Finjan’s CEO Mr. John Vigouroux.

Mr. Wolf brings over 25 years of experience managing finance and operations for high-growth technology companies to Finjan.

Prior to joining Finjan, Dennis Wolf served as executive vice-president and CFO at MySQL, Inc.

During that time, Mr. Wolf was instrumental in MySQL’s growth strategy and ultimate sale of MySQL to Sun Microsystems for $1 billion.

Mr. Wolf also served in various co-CEO, CFO and COO positions at several public companies including Redback Networks, Credence Systems, Centigram Communications and Omnicell.

He has also served in executive management roles at Sun Microsystems and Apple Computer.

He currently sits on the board of directors of Quantum Communications, Codexis and Avanex.

Dennis Wolf previously served on the boards of enCommerce, Vitria, and Komag.

Wolf earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.

He also completed the Hebrew University One Year Abroad program.
