BSkyB is looking to expand its online presence.

As well as beaming its service into people’s homes through satellite dishes, the company is looking to get in through their computers too, which is why they are interested in intelligent positioning.

To date Sky’s websites have been growing at a steady pace in both content production and traffic coming in, with Sky estimating that they get around seven and half million unique visitors each month.

In order to build on this success Sky is bringing on board the online search optimisation agency, SEO Intelligent Positioning.

Intelligent Positioning’s brief will be to increase the satellite provider’s web traffic and of course brand awareness.

This agreement will not affect the other firms retained to work in other areas of online marketing.
