Mozilla issued a security and stability update last night for users of Firefox 3.
The 3.0.7 update is available for all users, including Linux, Mac and Windows.
Users can obtain this update as a download from getfirefox.com for free.
It is highly recommended that all users of Firefox upgrade to Firefox 3 if they have not already done so.
Once this is complete they will receive an automated update notification within twenty four to forty eight hours.
This update will fix several security and stability issues and provides some language support for Estonian, Kannada and Telugu.
Out of interest, users of Firefox 2 browsers will no longer be getting automatic updates, which is a good enough reason to download the newer version as soon as it is possible to do so.
