How customers rate ISPs

Customer ratings are always useful for everyone to see how internet service providers are performing.

These results come from over five hundred thousand rating of UK ISPs.

The results have been split into two groups, small ISPs and large ISPs.

However there is some question as to how BE Broadband ended up in the large ISP group.

There were not many surprises in the results published by thinkbroadband.com.

O2 came top, closely followed by Be Broadband, hence the issue over size etc.

O2 (O2 Group) – 79%
Be Broadband (O2 Group) – 71%
PlusNet (BT Group) – 67%
Sky Broadband (BSkyB Group) – 50%
Virgin Media – 44%
BT (BT Group) – 41%

Top 5 Small UK ISPs (Customer Service Quality %)

IDNet – 87%
Zen Internet – 84%
NewNet – 79%
Entanet – 77%
UKOnline (BSkyB Group) – 69%
