Customers of cable provider Virgin Media are finding out that the price of their packages will rise on the 1st May.
The company has opted for a flat £2 per month increase across the board for customers on the M package, while customers subscribing to the L package will see the highest increase at £4 per month.
However, those customers who are signed up to the XL package will see an increase of just £1 per month.
The provider will also be introducing a new charge of £1.25 per month for those customers who wish to receive a monthly paper bill, while anyone opting for the Virgin Media eBilling system will see a reduction of that fee.
In addition to those changes, they will be removing the £1 charge for itemised billing.
