EVOip wins UC product of the year award

VoIP recording software EVOip 8.1 has won the Unified Communications (UC) magazine 2008 Product of the Year Award.

“Unified Communications is pleased to grant the 2008 Product of the Year Award to their EVOip 8.1,” said Rich Tehrani, Unified Communications magazine editor.

EVOip – developed by communications provider ASC – monitors, captures, and integrates the interactions of each individual customer with a business.

This data can be used to improve future customer interactions and increase customer loyalty.
