Mobile broadband could beat Wi-Fi
by David Allen

Mobile broadband will come into its own this year as the operators reach break even capacity, according to the chief executive of 3, Kevin Russell.
It is believed that 3 is almost within reach of the essential break even point, though other operators may see it differently according to how they were set up in the first place.
This year will see the mobile broadband industry come of age, and from this point they will be able to invest and expand if they want too, or just reap the rewards.
Next year will see mobile broadband reach the capacity where it can take on and probably beat Wi-Fi services on the grounds of cost and coverage, which are the things that really matter to the consumer.
