Top 10 Broadband moves fast to stop legal action

In light of the situation where internet service provider, Tiscali, threatened the price comparison website, Top 10 Broadband, with legal action, Top 10 Broadband seems to have moved fast to stop things from going too far.

It seems that Top 10 Broadband may have diffused the situation by issuing a press release containing a retraction and an apology for its article, which told Tiscali customers to consider switching to another provider because of the current state of the ISP.

One good thing to come out of this is that Tiscali has been forced to reassure its customers that they will not be left high and dry without any phone and broadband services.

A company spokesperson said that broadband services and support services would be continuing as usual.
