UKTV stocks up for “Home”

UKTV is planning to launch a new lifestyle channel called “Home” at the end of April and in order to make sure that it has enough content to keep the viewers happy, around a hundred and seventy hours worth of lifestyle programming will be added ahead of the launch.

This new channel comes from a rebrand of the UKTV Style channel that was essentially based on the many DIY programmes that have been made over the years.

However, viewers demand more content these days and are not happy with older content that they have seen years before.

Home will be featuring content based on home improvement, home moves, gardening and other material covering the whole subject of “Home”.

There will be a website launched under the lovehome.com name, where support, help and advice for viewers can be found.
