UK-based mobile payment service Dialogue Communications has opened a new office in South Africa, continuing its international growth strategy.
The Cape Town office will focus on bringing comprehensive SMS and WAP billing solutions to the South African market.
“We are thrilled to be able to introduce WAP billing in South Africa by offering our customers an easy to use complete billing and collection service,” said Guiom Peersman, Dialogue managing director.
He added that the Cape Town office not only gives Dialogue access to a new market, but also expands its international capabilities.
Dialogue will offer South African networks a complete WAP billing package, enabling mobile users to buy products from the mobile Internet with the cost of the item billed directly to their mobile account.
The company’s WAP billing solutions are already used in the UK, Australia, Norway, and Sweden.
