The German based pay TV broadcaster Premiere is to become the latest broadcaster to switch branding to a Sky TV title.
From this summer, the broadcaster will become known as Sky Deutschland as its majority shareholder happens to be News Corp.
This re-branding will bring Premiere into the fold of BSkyB and Sky Italy, making the whole network more recognisable to travellers and people who move around to different countries due to work.
Although this has already been announced, it is believed that the official launch of the re-brand will take place during June at the Premiere annual meeting.
Premiere has been suffering from the economic conditions and has recently announced that there has been no subscriber growth for around four months and over the same period has also suffered its largest ever loss.
