T Mobile on top of mobile broadband

In an independent poll of over two thousand consumers carried out by YouGov to gauge customer satisfaction, the mobile provider T Mobile came top in six of the categories, showing that other mobile broadband providers have a lot of catching up to do.

No other mobile provider came anywhere near T Mobile’s excellence in the following areas: customer service, billing, installation, coverage, ease of use and how easy it is to get connected.

This is the second time in a row that T Mobile has come out on top in this survey.

The mobile broadband provider puts it down to their customers being able to access the internet no matter where they are and not having to pay over the top for the pleasure.
