BBC to launch Junior Apprentice

The successful series fronted by Sir Alan Sugar is going small time as the “Apprentice” looks towards the younger generation for inspiration as the show is going to put teenagers through the mill that so many people have fallen through.

Junior Apprentice as it will be known will follow ten boys and girls aged sixteen and seventeen as they attempt to get through the tasks set by the team. These tasks have been put together in order find out which team members can demonstrate entrepreneurial skills.

The programme will be shown on BBC One over five episodes next year. The eventual winner will be getting a prize worth around £25,000 that has been designed to set them up in the career of the dreams.
