by Alan Harten
Networks Products Guide, an information technology publication that is known prominently throughout the IT community, announced yesterday that Mixed Signals Sentry is the recipient of the Product Innovation Award 2009 for the best all around IT solution process.
The renowned award honours IT solution companies annually that are able to use innovative thought and products to set the bar higher across the field of competitors in Information Technology.
Mixed Signals is an IT solution team that works with video communication providers such as cable, IPTV, and other video services to provide IT monitoring solutions.
The company is responsible for not only detecting problems in their video clients before they arise, but in repairing problems proactively so that customers never suffer from a lack of video quality from Sentry’s clients.
Sentry is able to this is by using anomalies such as MPEG and IP layers within the network and monitoring every network it supports in real time thus earning them the award for innovation as they work with many of the largest video companies in the world which also include 8 of the largest US cable companies.
The editor-in-chief of Network Products Guide, Rake Narang, commented that innovation is one of the largest factors to continual support and success which is why Sentry was chosen.
According to Narang, Sentry is able to identify and solve problems in a very efficient style due to its innovation that has cemented them a coveted spot as an IT solution provider in the business world.
The Networks Products Guide also honoured VIP Access with the Best Products and Services Award for providing excellent secure access to mobile users who want to access sites such as Paypal, Ebay, and other similar sites from their mobile phones.
