BSkyB signs David Beckham for Champions League advert

David Beckham will join in with the Champions League cup final tonight, but this time he will not be on the pitch with his former team mates, he will be fronting an advertising campaign that is set to raise awareness of the fight against malaria.

The advert will be aired during the run up to Sky Sports coverage of the Champions League cup final tonight.

The thirty second advert has been developed for the charity “Malaria No More UK”.

It will show the footballer kicking a penalty into a goal with no net.

The idea of this ad is to highlight the need to provide families in Africa with mosquito nets.
