No back up for Brits

Computer users are always being told to make sure that they back up their files and other data, yet it seems that in the UK, computer users are more likely to check the oil and water in their cars, rather than backing up valuable data on the computer.

These finding come from research done by the security company Symantec, which asked computer users about their habits and found that only a third back up important data on a regular basis, while a mere twenty two per cent regularly back up all of their files.

By not backing up their data, computer users are putting at risk, images, music, videos and other data that may be very important, which could be lost if there is a problem with the computer
