The broadband arm of the Carphone Warehouse, TalkTalk, has launched the Home Mover Service, which it says has been created to make moving broadband services easier, when the consumer is moving home.
The internet service provider claims that broadband users who are moving home face the prospect of having to sign up for a BT line and then switching broadband providers.
This, according to TalkTalk could cost up to £120, hence the new service aimed at cutting the costs for consumers who are planning to move home.
The TalkTalk Home Mover package will cost £29.99 for existing customers, while new customers will have to pay £59.99.
For this fee the ISP handles everything for the customer, including making sure that there are no extra charges.
