IDNet offers 24 Mb broadband

The internet service provider IDNet, whose main customers are small to medium businesses, is offering a new up-to-24 Mbps broadband service.

This service is not just a high speed connection, it also comes with an increased data usage allowance.

This is set to double during peak times, although at the same time the off times are to be extended, offering consumers the opportunity to download more content.

IDNet uses ADSL2+ technology which allows the firm to offer more bandwidth and low latency for their users, but without any additional costs.

As well as offering the fast download speeds, IDNet also offers its customers a maximum upstream of 1.4 Mbps, but these speeds naturally depend on the quality of the line and the distance from the exchange.
