Tesco Mobile tops customer satisfaction charts

Tesco Mobile was named the top mobile operator for customer satisfaction for the fourth year running, according to figures from the National Customer Satisfaction Index.
The virtual operator, which runs its services on the O2 network, offers numerous benefits to customers, including free credit and Clubcard points.
Tesco Mobile scored 82 NCSI satisfaction points. O2 and Virgin Mobile tied in second place, both with 77 points.
Bottom of the table was 3G provider 3.
Tesco Mobile was preferred by prepay customers based on its wide handset range, affordable tariffs, and high quality customer service.
