Clavister unveils Security Gateway 4300 Series

Clavister this week launched the 4300 Series of its Security Gateway service, designed to provide IT security for medium and large enterprises and data centres.
The 4300 Series is a high performance hardware-based unified threat management service capable of handling a large number of connections with high-speed throughput.
Features include a plaintext throughput of up to 7Gbps, built-in high speed VPN connectivity offering a VPN throughput of up to 2.5Gbps, anti-virus, anti-spam, intrusion detection and prevention (IDP), and web content filtering.
John Vestberg, Clavister CTO, said: “The combination of high performance architecture, and a rich set of functionality which includes unparalleled UTM and built in VPN connectivity, makes the Clavister Security Gateway 4300 Series an ideal choice for customers with a need for a versatile and high performance security solution.”
Earlier this month, Clavister launched the InControl security management system for businesses that need to manage international or geographically dispersed networks.
