Expedia chooses Neptuny Caplan

Neptuny today announced that Expedia, the world’s leading online travel company, has selected Caplan, Neptuny’s flagship product, as the designated Capacity Planning solution after a selection process of several tools.

Expedia selected Caplan as the tool that best matches the requirements for integrating performance metrics from multiple data sources and management tools, thanks to its agent-less architecture, easy to use web interface, and for requiring a low operational effort for collecting data and creating analyses, models and reports.
