Google responds to security issues

Security experts are urging Google to ramp up security in Gmail, Google Docs and Calendar services that allow users to keep content online.

The core of the complaints is whether or not Google is actually doing enough to prevent hackers from getting into the email accounts of Google subscribers or even simply intercepting data from the account.

There are more tools coming to the market place that offer hackers, or would be hackers, the opportunity to launch an attack on unsuspecting internet users.

It is Google’s default settings that are at question, as they are putting the subscriber’s information at risk.

Although the customers’ user names and passwords are protected well, it is when the data is travelling that all the problems can occur, there are options for the user, but these have to be dug out of the system.
