Broadband users not happy with speed

For as long as broadband has been around consumers have complained about speed and it looks as if this trend is set to continue for some time to come.

So what exactly is the current situation with regards to speed and satisfaction?

It seems to be time for a survey and ispreview.co.uk has just completed one that reveals all.

It turns out that 58.6 per cent of those people who responded to the survey are not happy with the current speed available through their broadband service and 55.2 per cent are willing to pay more money for a faster broadband connection.

Clearly, this is a sample selection of the UK’s broadband users and those with a connection not much faster than dial up are probably still waiting for the page to load.

However, what it does show is that more speed is desirable for a lot of UK users.
