The satellite broadcaster Sky 1 will be looking into the only Moors Murder victim never to have been found, in a series presented by the writer Martina Cole.
Keith Bennett was twelve when he was abducted and murdered by Ian Brady and Myra Hindley on Saddleworth Moor in 1964.
His body remains the only one of the five victims of the pair to have never been found.
The programme will be in two one-hour parts and is being produced by Free@Last.
Martina Cole will look for clues by going over the evidence and interviewing people involved in the case, as well as some new witnesses too.
The case was closed in July 2009 by Greater Manchester Police.
The aim of the show is to help Keith Bennett’s mother move on with her search to find her son’s remains.
