The internet service provider O2 has come out on top in a customer survey carried out by the tech magazine PC Advisor.
This an award that means a lot to the internet service providers, as it is compiled on data from customer feedback.
O2 was crowned as being the ‘Best Buy’ when it comes to broadband services.
Also mentioned as offering good services were Be Broadband, Zen Internet and PlusNet, while BT, Carphone Warehouse, Sky Broadband and Virgin Media did not get a mention.
The 2009 Advisor Broadband Survey results come from feedback given by the six and half thousand PC Advisor readers on customer service, connection speeds and reliability.
