O2 running low on Apple iPhone 3GS

Darren Allan

O2 is running short on iPhones, with its website informing customers that there’s limited availability of the 3GS.

The more expensive 32GB 3GS is available to order on the site currently, but the 16GB version isn’t, and what’s more it’s only in selected stores, too.

If you’re planning to buy at the shop, O2 advise to phone ahead first and find out if there’s stock.

O2 says all this is due to “phenomenal demand”, although there is some speculation that the reason the company’s iPhone supply is being squeezed is the recently announced upcoming deals with Orange and Vodafone.
