iBAHN celebrates 10 years of broadband

It does not seem like broadband has been around for over a decade, but the internet has changed dramatically over those few short years.

To celebrate this landmark anniversary the internet solutions provider iBAHN has produced a website www.10yearsofbroadband.com that celebrates all things broadband.

On the website, there is a broadband timeline which pinpoints those periods when significant changes happened, and had an effect on the world broadband network.

Broadband is still growing and according to a report released by Gartner, one in five homes throughout the world will have broadband access by the end of the year.

The website is aiming to become a community hub by offering surveys, access to a Twitter account and by offering the chance for visitors to respond to future developments that could affect the future of broadband.
