Over half of broadband complaints remain unresolved

It has been found that over half of all the complaints to internet service providers do not get resolved and almost half of those that took part in this research were unaware that there are regulations governing this type of complaint.

The research involved four thousand broadband users and was carried out by broadbandchoices.co.uk.

The results are quite shocking because apart from the complaints not being answered, it seems that there are a lot of customers who do not even bother to complain about poor service, allowing the ISP to get away with it.

This is a situation where an industry is making no attempt to improve and this is simply because most consumers are quite happy to sit back and hope that someone else takes up the challenge.
