London-based Mobile Virtual Network Operator, WorldSIM, is rolling out a range of dual-SIM handsets, under its own brand.
The handsets will cater for customers in countries where handsets are locked.
The dual-SIM, branded handsets will be made by an Asian manufacturer, and will offer all the standard phone features, but will also be able to work with WorldSIM’s roaming SIM and a network SIM.
WorldSIM’s eliminates expensive roaming charges and provides free incoming calls in over 80 countries.
Customers will be able to buy the handsets either SIM-free or with the roaming SIM included.
WorldSIM also plans to launch a ‘multi IMSI’ SIM, with both a US and UK mobile number.
