Zen Internet launches new packages

Customers of Zen Internet will now be able to benefit from a broadband service offering connection speeds of up to 20 Mbps.

This follows the work that BT is currently carrying out on its network, with forty five per cent of the UK broadband network already able to receive this service through internet service providers such as Zen Internet.

Before this announcement, Zen Internet customers were getting the up-to-8 Mbps service but now and at no extra cost, connection speeds of up-to-20 Mbps are available, which must have been a pleasant surprise for the customer.

This is good news for new customers too, and shopping around has never been so important for speed and cost.

If their BT exchange has been upgraded, then new customers to Zen Internet will be put onto the up-to-20 Mbps service.
