Opera Software has launched the beta of Opera Mobile 10 for Nokia and other Symbian/S60 smartphones.
The browser will add powerful new functionality to the Symbian platform including Speed Dial, tabbed browsing and password manager.
It also offers significantly enhanced performance, and will download pages twice as fast as its successor.
It can be downloaded for free from opera’s website.
Jon von Tetzchner, Opera Software’s CEO said: “This beta continues our work to extend the desktop Web experience to mobile phones, allowing users to surf the Web without limitations, even while on-the-go.
“No matter the device in use, Opera delivers a faster, easier and hassle-free Web experience.”
Firefox and Chrome also announced the launch of their new browser betas today.
