Broadband is the key to the property door
by David Allen

It has been mentioned before that a broadband service can have an effect on the decisions made by homebuyers on whether or not they choose a certain property.
Now, according to a survey conducted by ISPreview.co.uk, seventy five per cent of people in the UK would not buy a house, even if it were their ideal home, if the broadband connection was under 1 Mbps.
In fact, when it comes to broadband connection speeds, it was found that over sixty per cent of those people that took part in the survey would prefer a broadband connection speed of over 4 Mbps, although twenty per cent admitted that up to 4 Mbps would all right.
Another point for house sellers to ponder over is that over half the people stated that they would be willing to pay more for a house with fast broadband.
