O2 cuts cost of mobile broadband

The mobile provider O2 has cut the price of mobile broadband dongles.

One of the deals announced offers a pay as you go (PAYG) mobile broadband dongle at half price.

The normal price would be over £29, but until the 17th November this dongle can be purchased for just £14.67.

The deal means that the user will be able to get a broadband connection of up to 3.6 Mbps with no worries about going over the data allowance limit and ending up with a huge bill at the end of the month.

There are three choices of tariff, £2 per day with an allowance of 500 Mb, £7.50 per week with a weekly allowance of 1 Gb and finally £15 for a month with a 3 Gb data allowance and unlimited Wi-Fi access.
