Office Mobile 2010 beta Free for Windows Mobile Devices

Enterprise users of Windows Mobile devices have reason to smile again. At the Mobius 2009 event, Microsoft announced the beta released of their latest office suite of Windows Mobile – Office Mobile 2010. The beta release is free to use and can be downloaded from the Windows Marketplace for Mobile. The beta is now available for touch screen devices and requires Windows Mobile 6.5.

Of course knowing Microsoft, its all about profits. The beta will be disabled by April 5 2010 prompting users to get the full version.

Office Mobile 2010 features include viewing and editing Microsoft Office documents, improved performance of Microsoft’s Sharepoint Workspace Mobile, and the use of PowerPoint Mobile as a presentation aid.
