At the BSkyB Shine Sky Awards, the satellite broadcaster recognises partners and vendors that have helped the firm move up to the position that it currently holds.

One of the partners to be recognised is LivePerson, which provides real time assistance and advice for users and customers.

In fact, LivePerson has been credited with being a fundamental part of the satellite broadcaster’s success during the year.

The award ceremony was held at the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales and with over two and half thousand nominations, over twelve categories, the place must have been buzzing with prospective winners.

According to Sky TV, the LivePerson application is a key part of the company’s success during 2009, allowing customers to access their accounts, places orders and seek out help as and when needed.
