The internet service provider Plusnet has announced that it will be making some changes to its internet services.
Recently it seems that some customers of the ISP have been experiencing issues with speed and performance.
Many customers have been disappointed with the service, although it seems now that the firm may be getting its act together.
The chief executive of Plusnet, Anthony Vollmer, has made it know through his company blog that Plusnet is working to fix the poor performance and connection speeds.
At the same the company will be carrying out improvements on its network, although a recent problem with the service was caused by faulty hardware and was beyond Plusnet’s control.
