Virgin launches Digital Help

This is the time of the year that gadgets and other electrical items are flying off the shelves.

The problem is that not everyone is savvy with these devices and help is needed.

Enter Richard Branson’s Virgin Digital Help service, a software solution that it is hoped will ease away the most common technical problems people encounter, by offering one hundred detailed self-help guides.

There is a premium version available at an extra £2.99 per month which gives the user access to over seventy thousand guides as well a free copy of the AVG Anti Virus software.

If all else fails, the Virgin Digital Help team will help out via email or a free hotline, or they will visit your home at a charge of £90 per hour!
