Lovefilm to connect with Samsung Internet@TV

The television maker Samsung has been busy making arrangements with popular applications for its internet connected television, the Samsung Internet@TV.

One of the more popular applications will be the addition of Lovefilm.

This service allows the user to view all of the latest DVD releases without actually having to physically handle the DVD, as the film is streamed via the internet.

Subscribers to the Lovefilm unlimited service will be able to stream as many films as their ISP can handle, saving money and time, as the user can do all of this at home through the television.

There will be no more waiting for the postman or queuing at the DVD rental store.

With more internet connected TVs on the way, these built in applications could become very popular with viewers.
