
Even though the digital switchover is halfway through the project to switch off the analogue TV signal and replace it with the digital signal, the organisation behind the scheme, Digital TV, has dome some switching of its own, by changing advertising agencies.
The £4 million account was with Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, which has handled the account since 2005 but Digital TV has appointed Delaney Lund Know Warren (DLKW) who will now create campaigns for the next couple of years.
During this time, there will be an intense advertising push as the digital switchover works its way around the country until the completion date at some point during 2012.
