ESPN launching Euro version of SportsCentre
by David Allen

Most satellite sports broadcasters have a main sports news show and on the US-owned and operated ESPN it is known as SportsCentre.
This channel has been available on the ESPN America channel.
But now, UK sports fan will be able to watch this thirty minute sports highlight, information and news show at 7 am, while an updated version of the show will be broadcast at 10.30 pm.
This show will no doubt carry all of the latest results from that evening, which is especially important for football fans as the UEFA Champions League knock out stages begin shortly.
This new show will be the thirteenth edition worldwide, which just goes to show exactly how large an organisation ESPN is, compared with national broadcasters.
