Toshiba has taken the wraps off a multi-touch laptop, the Satellite U500-1EX.
The lightweight portable comes with Windows 7 and full multi-touch support via the 13.3 inch (1280 x 800) touchscreen display.
Under the bonnet is an Intel Core i3-330 processor, 4GB of memory and a 320GB hard disk.
It will also have a DVD drive, and extras such as a web camera and HDMI port.
The U500-1EX sounds like quite a tasty laptop for those of you who want to get really “hands on” (or fingers on, even) with Windows 7.
A street date hasn’t been confirmed, but the price of the portable has been announced at £650.
