The electronic giant Toshiba has promised a new range of televisions with the new Freeview HD tuner, which will allow the consumers to watch HD television without the need for a subscription.
Due to be launched in April, the Toshiba Regza RV range of televisions will be the first LCD TV from the manufacturer to come with the DVB T2 tuner.
This allows the consumer to connect to the Freeview network and gives access to digital television without the need for a separate set top box or satellite dish, as in many cases this service can use the existing TV aerial.
The Toshiba Regza RV range of television will come in 32”, 37” and 40” screen sizes with a picture resolution of 1080p.
There are also four HDMI sockets which are handy for games consoles and Blu-ray players.
