
An industry pioneer and leader in delivering TV to mobile devices, MobiTV has joined LiMo Foundation as an Associate Member to further advance the development of an open, hardware independent Linux-based operating system for mobile devices.
As a member of LiMo Foundation, MobiTV will explore opportunities to contribute technologies and collaboratively develop the LiMo Platform™, alongside other mobile industry leaders from across the globe.

Launched in January 2007, LiMo Foundation was created by mobile industry leaders to provide the mobile industry with an open, consistent Mobile Linux-based handset OS to enable the development of immersive, next-generation mobile consumer experiences.
