ASC Telecom UK Ltd has added EVOip 10.0 and INSPIRATIONpro 10.0 to its portfolio and will demo the new products at UC Expo in London this week.
EVOip 10.0, ASC’s new VoIP recording solution, records, stores, plays back and archives telephone calls from the network.
It adheres to the strictest security requirements, including the payment card industry’s PCI DSS standards.
The solution features one-click backup and dynamic enterprise licensing.
ASC’s new quality monitoring solution, INSPIRATIONpro 10.0, now facilitates agent evaluations through the recording of coaching sessions.
It also allows complex searches of audio analytics, a useful feature for call centers which handle a high volume of calls.

Last month ASC Telecom enjoyed a major success in the US, with the Energy Authority implementing its solution for liability recording.
